The Group, and particularly its in-house engineering office and its installers, has developed key competences and expertise, by building solar power plants on all types of roofs (flat and pitched roofs), using different procedures (building-integrated, simple frame systems and superimposition), for all types of buildings (public, industrial, commercial, logistics, tertiary, agricultural, winery, equestrian, etc.).

GÉNÉRALE DU SOLAIRE has the necessary human resources (including its French and International development team, its in-house engineering office, its financial department, its procurement and logistics service) to respond to tenders launched by the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) for rooftop photovoltaic power plant projects with the aim of securing a fixed indexed feed-in tariff, which is higher than the regulated tariff under the French power purchase obligation mechanism. Moreover, the Group has built strong and lasting commercial, industrial and financial partnerships, which means it can apply to CRE bids with very competitive projects, using highly qualitative and innovative equipment, which is in line with one of the main objectives of these bids.
